Alarm Details
Double-clicking on a row in the alarm list will display the alarm details screen as below
This screen shows a summary at the top of when the alarm was generated and details of the alarm trigger that raised it, plus a workflow log of actions that have happened on this alarm. Actions can be added to the alarm by clicking add action and completing details in the popup window.
Allowable actions are system dependent and will vary depending on 4D Analytics Installation.
Choose the action from the list and add an optional comment. On clicking save the popup will close and the action details appear in the WorkFlow Log of that alarm.
Click the close detail on the alarm detail page to return to the alarm list view.
Alarm History
To view the history of when and how often this alarm trigger has raised alarms click on the Alarm Show button. The Alarm history page will display inn a popup window.
This allows a selection mechanism similar to the main alarm list in selecting top N or a date range to view results for. Again the columns are configurable in the widget and may vary on a particular 4D Analytics installation. A column here can have a widget configurable – heading, width, filter (on or off).
The history list shows a history of when, for what data timetag and the actual breach value of the data item that caused the alarm.
Click close to return to the Alarm Detail Screen.
